  2. One of his qualifications is that Minnesota holds “sentimental value” to him.

    I guess that means he won’t sell the state at a garage sale but he might trade it to the devil for a great NASCAR 2006 racing season.

  4. That won’t work. NASCAR has already sold their soul to the devil for the ability to enthrall the masses with large, noisy vehicles endlessly looping around a closed track.
